DELIVERY & RETURNS 

 

For delivery within mainland UK (excl. Scottish Highlands), the following prices apply:

  • Total spend under £100 - delivery is £3.95

  • Total spend over £100 - delivery is free​

If you live outside of mainland UK, delivery will cost more – please contact us for a quote on info@lovehomeware.co.uk 

 

Our standard despatch timescales are 5 working days, however we are usually well within this time frame and a lot of our customers do receive it earlier. This may change during busy periods, however you will be informed via email if there is any delays. If you do need something urgent then please contact on info@lovehomeware.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

 

We use Royal mail 2nd class, 1st class, signed for service, specialist couriers and Hermes.  This could mean that someone may need to be present to sign, or collect the products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery, and Love Homeware cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met.

 

Returns  

We try to include as much detail as possible on our website, however we understand it not everyone’s taste. We accept returns on all Love Homeware  products, excluding seconds (items that are sold with damages in our sale section, all items which are excluded are stated in the description) for these items please contact us direct on contact@lovehomeware.co.uk

If you do not wish to keep you order please follow these simple and easy steps! 

1. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package. 

2. Please contact us on contact@lovehomeware.co.uk and we will send you a return label via email.

3. Print the label and stick to the package. 

4. Return your package via the Post Office, and get a receipt.  

Please note: The return of an unwanted gift cost postage will be deducted from you refund.  Love Homeware do not cover the return cost for unwanted gifts. 

Your order must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was despatched in. If an item seems used, or unfit for re-sale we reserve the right to not issue a refund. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, minus the originally delivery charge & returns fee within 14 days of us receiving the goods. 

All returns must be returned within 30 days  – If an item is returned outside of these terms, we do have the right to not issue a refund. 

Damaged & Faulty Items 

We're very sorry if your order does arrive damaged or faulty, we do try very hard to ensure all parcels are packed with care and attention, however sometimes things happen during transit. If your order does arrive damaged, or is incorrect please let us know via info@lovehomeware.co.uk. We are here to help and want to ensure we resolve this for you as quick as we can. 

Please report any damages to us within 48 hours from receiving the parcel, and include pictures so we can contact our delivery couriers, we will then provide you with further details. Love Homeware will cover the costs of postage on faulty, or damaged orders, and either replace, or fully refund you.
